The department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics has a telephone available for conference calls. Faculty, staff and students may reserve a phone for business and class related conference calls.
Phone Availability
The conference telephone is available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made.
Please email your reservation request to ase-rooms@austin.utexas.edu using the subject title "Conference Telephone Request."
If your request is approved, you must check the phone out by signing the log book at the reception desk in ASE 2.200 no earlier than 1 hour prior to your call.
Cancellation Policy
Please send an email to ase-rooms@austin.utexas.edu with any cancellations or changes as soon as possible or call (512) 471-7593. Should you not receive confirmation of your request within a reasonable time, please call (512) 471-7593. Failure to observe protocol may hinder further reservation requests.
