The goal of this project is to develop a computationally tractable and accurate method of uncertainty propagation for maneuvering objects that accounts for chaotic dynamics and addresses the needs for data association and orbit determination. This proposed effort addresses the Space Force’s need to track maneuvering and non-maneuvering space objects in a dynamically varied, high volume environment with multiple sensor blind spots.
